What does the comparison report include?
An Excel file with three sheets: Added (green font), Deleted (red font with strikethrough), and Modified (changed cells highlighted yellow, with the old value in a cell note).
What is a key column?
A column that uniquely identifies a row, such as order number or employee ID. Rows are matched across the two files by this key before diffing.
What if the two files have different headers?
The new version's headers are used for the report; duplicate or blank keys trigger warnings on the result page.
