Terms of Service

SheetCraft (the "Site") provides browser-based Excel tools including merging, splitting, format conversion, data cleaning and file comparison. All computation runs locally in your browser; the Site never receives or stores your files.

• The tools are free for both personal and business use.
• You must have the legal right to process the files you upload, and must not use the Site for unlawful content.
• You must not attack, reverse-engineer for abuse, or otherwise disrupt the Site's availability.

The tools are provided "as is". We verify processing logic with automated tests, but make no warranty of any kind about the results. For financially or legally sensitive outputs (ID validation, RMB uppercase amounts, data comparison), please review manually before official use. The Site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the tools.

The Site's design, code and branding belong to the operator. Files you generate with the tools are entirely yours.

Features may be adjusted, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. Significant changes will be announced on the Site.
