Will headers be duplicated when merging Excel files?
No. The header of the first file becomes the master header; other files only append data rows, with column order aligned automatically.
What if each file contains multiple sheets?
Choose between "Merge all sheets" and "First sheet only". Your choice is remembered for next time.
Will merging large files freeze the page?
No. Merging runs in a Web Worker background thread with a live progress bar, so the page stays responsive.
